About

Blueprint Magazine is the the Wilfrid Laurier University community’s official arts, culture and political commentary publication. Editorially-independent and entirely student-run, Blueprint Magazine aims to be a forum for community engagement, discourse, and creativity.

Founded in February of 2002 and based out of Waterloo, Ontario, content is based around each issue’s theme, and can take the form of art, photography, poetry, prose, or cultural and political criticism. Submissions are accepted on a freelance basis from students, alumni, and community members. Submissions are edited, and then compiled into magazine format by a student-run editorial team.

Blueprint Magazine is published seven times a year – six issues during the September to April school term, and once in the summer.
